The Orion CTS is a conveyorized twin-station stretch wrapper that bridges semi-automatic and fully automatic systems. Powered conveyor staging and two wrapping positions cut load handling time and lift throughput without the cost of a fully automatic machine.
The hotspot build lets a buyer drive it. Labeled points call out the wrap positions, the pneumatic film cut and wipe, the touchscreen controls, and the pre-stretch film delivery, and the model shows how a pallet moves through both stations.
