Methods Automation K900

The K900 pairs a FANUC Robodrill vertical machining center, badged for Methods Automation, with a Häberle automation tower beside it, built to run unattended. The Robodrill runs behind safety-interlocked doors marked with yellow hazard panels, control pendant mounted at the operator's reach.
Two machines standing next to each other is a hard shot to compose, and most of what a buyer wants to see sits behind a locked door. We built the pairing from CAD, so the render covers the front shot of both units together, isometric and elevation passes on the tower alone, and matching views of the Robodrill by itself.
It's the case for lights-out machining made visible: the Robodrill cutting, the tower feeding it, and neither one waiting on an operator.
