KUKA EDU Arc Welder Cell
Photoreal stills of the KUKA EDU arc welder cell, rendered from CAD so a compact training cell reads clean from the full unit down to the torch.
The EDU cell pairs a KUKA robotic arm with an arc welding torch inside a framed, interlocked enclosure built for training and demo floors. Wire feed conduit runs from the torch back along the arm, a framed enclosure with interlocked doors guards the open side, and a Lincoln Electric welder and a fume extraction canister sit in the equipment bay underneath.
A cell like this photographs as a box of aluminum extrusion until the doors open, and the parts that actually sell it sit inside. Built from CAD, the render opens the cell up: full isometric passes from front and back, a straight-on shot through the open doors, and a tight crop on the robot and torch.
The same build drops to a top-down pass on the welding table itself, T-slot fixturing and all, so a training buyer sees exactly what they're bolting a fixture to before the machine ships.
