GE 6B Gas Turbine

Photoreal stills of the GE 6B heavy-duty gas turbine, rendered so a 40-megawatt machine that never leaves the plant can still be shown clean, at any angle, on any channel.

GE 6B Gas Turbine

The 6B is GE Vernova's 40-MW-class heavy-duty gas turbine, one of the most widely used ever built, with more than 900 units in service and over 40 million operating hours behind the fleet. It runs simple-cycle output around 45 MW, clears 52% efficiency in combined cycle, ramps to 20 MW in under 5 seconds, and burns a wide range of fuels, up to 100% hydrogen.

A machine this size can't ship to a booth or a boardroom, and a photo of one on a plant floor fights scaffolding, lighting, and access. Built from CAD, the render shows the unit as a clean object: the casing, the exhaust, and the auxiliaries lit to read as engineered rather than industrial, with cutaway and detail views available off the same build.

Delivered at 4096px on transparent and dark grounds, so the same turbine carries across a spec sheet, a web hero, a proposal, and the trade show wall.
