A photoreal 3D product video of the Filamatic Fusion2, built from CAD so a stainless monobloc filler and capper reads clean without a shoot on a validated line.
The Fusion2 is Filamatic's monobloc fill-and-cap system, built to run in one intermittently-driven, all-stainless frame at rates up to 60 containers a minute. It takes servo-driven piston, peristaltic, and rotary piston metering, and it's built for HEPA filtration and cleanroom work. That's a lot of machine to show on a validated line, where a camera crew can't set foot.
The video moves through it instead: the container path from infeed to fill to cap, the guarding opened up to show the star wheel and the metering heads at work, and the frame lit like a product shot. Voiceover carries the throughput and changeover story a fill-finish buyer actually asks about.
Delivered in 1080p and 4K, with a booth loop and social cutdowns off the same master.
