As businesses look to enhance communication and customer engagement, the metaverse has emerged as a promising new frontier. This digital world offers unparalleled opportunities for companies to connect with their customers on a global scale. By harnessing the power of this dynamic platform, businesses can explore innovative ways to showcase their products and services, facilitate collaboration, and redefine traditional marketing strategies.

One company has taken this concept even further by launching its metaverse in real life during an opening event in Dubai on March 19, 2023. The Verse Estate Showroom is strategically located in the heart of Dubai, UAE, a leading hub for blockchain and crypto, with the government actively promoting the adoption of disruptive technologies.

Metaverse-focused project Verse Estate recently conducted its grand opening at the Alserkal Avenue in Dubai. The company shared its goal to help businesses harness the power of the metaverse and take advantage of the benefits that its use cases may bring. During the event, the firm showcased cutting-edge technologies such as its 3D scanning studio and gave attendees a peek at the metaverse through their virtual reality stations.

According to Leila Hurstel, board member and chief metaverse officer of Verse Estate, the internet is shifting into a more 3D and immersive environment, which opens the doors for users to participate and engage with companies beyond simply being viewers. “Businesses can use the metaverse for product design, training and education, remote work and collaboration, supply chain management, and marketing and customer engagement,” she mentioned.

Verse Estate’s future plans include a virtual stadium where fans can watch matches and interact with each other, and virtual training grounds that players can use to hone their skills. This is just the beginning, as there will be more use cases to be discovered as the technology develops. With this, businesses can find new and innovative ways to leverage the metaverse to improve their offerings and operations.

Verse Estate’s founders are UAE-based businessman Nabil Bouali, owner of multimillion-dollar perfume-manufacturing company El Nabil, and Mickael Reignier, who brings over ten years of experience in the crypto and Web3 space with numerous successful NFT projects behind his back.

Dubai’s investment in technology infrastructure makes it one of the most technologically advanced cities in the world. The city has a strong focus on innovation and is home to several technology parks, incubators, and accelerators that support the growth of startups and tech businesses.

The launch of the metaverse in Dubai marks a new era of business engagement and customer experience. By leveraging this technology, businesses can reach global audiences and revolutionize the way people work, learn, and socialize.
